Happy New Years to golfers everywhere! As many of you know, with the new year here, the golf industry is about to have an incredible amount of new products being released to the public. One product line that will be hard to miss, which has already gained some extremely popular feedback is the new Taylormade SIM line of woods and irons. With a new shape and clean color combination, it isn't difficult to see how these woods could be at the top of every golfers wish-list. 

The new SIM Driver line features three models targeting all handicaps which include the SIM Driver, SIM Max Driver, and the SIM Max D Driver. I had the opportunity of hitting both the SIM and SIM Max driver here in our store and I was blown away with the results. Not only was this club aesthetically pleasing due to the crisp colors and futuristic crown design, but these drivers provided a wonderful sound, much sweeter in my opinion than the last few models. On top of all that, this club felt pure with little resistance on the downward swing. This could very well be attributed to the new design and Inertia Generator which is a weight Taylormade has inserted into the far back and low part of their driver to increase driver and ball speed among other performance features. I was seeing increasing ball speed and club head speed upwards of 5-8 mph which resulted in a pickup of 10-15 yards in distance with these new SIM Drivers.

Taylormade SIM product line will be coming to stores soon, with pre-orders starting on the 10th of January. This would be a club that I would recommend to almost any golfer at any level. Even if you have brand preferences towards other companies, don't hesitate to try this club because there is a solid chance the results will surprise you.
